Selling your property

We sell your property with our best tailor-made service, included but not only: professional market evaluation, consulting, professional photos, 3D pictures and virtual visits, drone 4K photos and videos, in person visits, insurances, establish energy passport, all administration documentation as well notary documents.

 

Price*: 3% of the selling price + VAT

* If you decide to sell your property with us where a real estate development can be done, we apply 30% reduction on agency fees.

Renting your property

We find you a new tenant for your property in Luxembourg, included: marketing, contract redaction, finance check, and entry check.

 

Price: 1 month rent + VAT (split 50-50 between landlord and  tenant)

Consulting

We consult you in every Luxembourg's real estate market related question you may have as well financing trough our partners. You can take an appointment in our office or we come to you.
